Tour Agreement
On advancement of deposit, the depositor, and each travel companion of depositor (collectively, "Travelers"), agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Hawaii Sports Fans LLC ("Hawaii Sports Fans") and its affiliates and sponsoring representative(s) (collectively, "Representatives") are acting solely as agents. Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives are responsible only for making the arrangements for all accommodations, services and events that constitute the trip, except to the extent that accommodations, or services cannot be supplied due to reasons beyond the control of Hawaii Sports Fans or its Representatives. The carriers, motor coach companies, hotels and other suppliers providing travel, hotel and other accommodations are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Hawaii Sports Fans or its Representatives. Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives are not liable for negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property loss, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives have no liability and will have no obligation to make a refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives make no representations about the suitability of the information, products and services provided for any purpose. All such information, products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to this information, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and noninfringement.
The information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular, Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the tour packages and trips, with respect to the hotel, air, car and other travel products displayed on the website (including, without limitation, photographs, if any, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.), much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers. Furthermore, changes are periodically added to the information herein. Hawaii Sports Fans and its Representatives may make improvements and/or changes to the information provided at any time.
Travelers hereby agree that each has read and fully understands the terms and conditions of this Tour Agreement, which will serve as a binding contract between Travelers and Hawaii Sports Fans. Hawaii Sports Fans reserves the right to change the terms, conditions of this Tour Agreement, and Travelers agree to accept and be bound by those terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of booking your trip.
Hawaii Sports Fans' web site may contain hyperlinks, from time to time, to web sites operated by parties other than Hawaii Sports Fans. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Hawaii Sports Fans does not control such web sites and is not responsible for their contents or your use of them. Hawaii Sports Fans' inclusion of hyperlinks to such web site does not imply any endorsement of the material on such web site or any association with their operators.

Deposits and Final Payments
Hawaii Sports Fans requires refundable deposits of 20% at the time of booking in order to make the reservation, if booking is made over 120 days prior to tour departure. If booking occurs 120-91 days before departure, 50% of the cost of the tour is required at that time. 100% of the tour cost is due 90 days before departure.

Cancellations and Refunds
Hawaii Sports Fans requires written notification of cancellations. Cancellations received 91 days or more prior to departure date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $25 service fee). Cancellations received 61-90 days prior to confirmed arrival date are penalized at 50% (minus a $15 service fee). Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to confirmed arrival date are penalized at 100%.

Refunds are not made for unused travel services or any portion thereof. If cancellation by one or more Travelers alters the room requirements of the remaining Travelers, Travelers still traveling may be required to pay a revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies, but we will do our best to help you.

Hawaii Sports Fans reserves the right to cancel any tour at its discretion. In the event that a tour is cancelled by Hawaii Sports Fans, all Travelers booked on that tour will receive a refund of any deposits or payments made. Travelers may choose to transfer their payments to another Hawaii Sports Fans tour within the same tour season if desired. Hawaii Sports Fans is not responsible for any payments made by the Traveler to other entities such as, airlines, car services, travel agents, etc.
Documentation and Personal Identification
It is the responsibility of each individual Traveler to obtain the documentation required for their trip such as passports, visas, birth certificates and photo identification.
Hotel Accommodations
Travelers agree to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those covered by the package. Incidental charges can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and other hotel charges. All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at time of check-in. Host hotels do their best to minimize inconvenience and store luggage if you arrive early or need to depart late. Hawaii Sports Fans reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable accommodations at either their own or the hotel's discretion.

Credit Card Payments
Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposit and/or final payment indicates your complete compliance with Hawaii Sports Fans' booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your reservation.

Photograph Release
Your acceptance permits and authorizes Hawaii Sports Fans and its employees, agents, and personnel who are acting on behalf of the company to use photograph or other likeness of you and those in your party for purposes related to the publicity, marketing, and promotion of the company and its various tours, events, and programs.
Your photograph or likeness may be copied and distributed by means of various media, including video presentations, television, news bulletins, mailouts, billboards or signs, brochures, placement on Hawaii Sports Fans websites, or newspapers.
Hawaii Sports Fans will endeavor to use your photograph or likeness in accordance with standards of good judgment; the company cannot warranty or guarantee that any further dissemination of your photograph or likeness will be subject to company supervision or control. Accordingly, you release the company from any and all liability related to dissemination of your photograph or likeness.
